A summary

Join Sarah from Siam Boxing Camp for our new Junior Muay Thai class for children aged 8 to 14. *Please note a change of time from the advertised time. This session will run from 5.15pm to 6.15pm. Traditional exercises such as skipping, shadow boxing, pad and bag work are typical of traditional Muay Thai methods of training. These methods not only enable you to reach your physical goals but are set to challenge you mentally too. Sarah encourages participants to focus on their own personal goals such as fitness, strength, stamina, confidence and self-esteem. Active Hastings wants everyone to be able to join in, no matter their budget. We use a simple sliding scale ticket system so you can choose what you can afford: • £3 – the suggested price that helps cover the cost of running the session • £2 – a lower price if money is tight • Free – for people on low incomes or receiving benefits The free tickets work on trust. Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your booking, no problem at all, just let us know at least 24 hours before the session. If you don’t cancel and don’t attend, it will be recorded as a no show. Our sessions often fill up quickly, so to give everyone a fair chance to take part, we operate a three strike policy. If you book a free ticket and don’t attend three sessions without cancelling, any future free bookings will also be cancelled.
