Based at the stunning Wight Water activity centre, our Waves of Wellness programme offers young people the chance to dive into a variety of exciting water sports — including paddle boarding, kayaking, bodyboarding, and surfing. Led by professional instructors, every activity is fully supervised and tailored to all experience levels — whether you're a total beginner or ready to ride the waves! Each day includes a delicious lunch and time to relax, connect with others, and soak up the sunshine. Come build confidence, learn new skills, and make amazing memories in and around the water. Get ready for fun, friendship, and a summer of adventure!

Aspire Creative Hub Shanklin is a vibrant and inclusive space where creativity thrives. We provide young people aged 11–17 with opportunities to explore music, art, film making and games in a safe, supportive and inspiring environment. Through workshops, and hands-on projects, we aim to nurture their talents, build confidence, and empower them to express themselves. Whether they’re learning an instrument, creating visual art, or collaborating on a music video, Aspire Creative Hub Shanklin encourages every young person to unlock their creative potential and be part of a community that values growth, connection, and innovation.
Waves of Wellness at Wight Water – HAF Summer Fun!
At Waves of Wellness, we provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment for young people to explore a range of exciting water sports. Each session is led by qualified, friendly instructors who guide participants through paddle boarding, kayaking, bodyboarding, and surfing – no experience needed! Whether it's your first time on the water or you're building on existing skills, there’s something for everyone. We focus on building confidence, encouraging teamwork, and most importantly – having fun! A healthy lunch is provided daily, and the atmosphere is always relaxed, positive, and full of energy. Come along, make new friends, challenge yourself, and enjoy the best of the Isle of Wight’s coastline with us!

What to Bring – Waves of Wellness For your water adventure with Wight Water, please remember to bring: Swimwear to wear under your wetsuit (wetsuits are provided) Towel to dry off afterwards Sun cream if it’s sunny Warm clothes for after your session (a hoodie, joggers, or a cosy jacket) Water bottle to stay hydrated Snacks if you’d like something extra (lunch is provided)
