I have been working as a nutritional therapist for many years helping people correct imbalances that with better knowledge earlier in life could have been prevented. The earlier you awake an awareness of health and how to take responsibility for your health the better chances of continuing a healthy and strong life for longer.

My experience is an educational activity and the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 therefore applies. The customer may cancel within 14 days of the booking confirmation, and I will provide a refund. I will deduct from the refund a pro-rata sum for experience sessions already attended, and any one-off costs I have incurred in preparing to provide the experience to the student. After the 14 day period my standard policy will apply.
No refunds will be given for individual sessions missed or cancelled during the experience.

I am a Nutritional Therapist so know first hand the healing powers of food. I have been setting these weekly food challenges for my daughter over the past few years. She loves cooking and creating meals, but she is not great at trying new things. This has helped focus her search for new recipes, develop a taste for different spices and foods that she would not have tried before. By helping children find their own inspiration around food it can help them explore more ideas and new recipes.
