We will work together to raise awareness of how the body works, major systems and how they affect our physical and emotional well being, what certain cravings actually means the body needs, which foods nourish and rob the body of vital nutrients and how to support our body when we are ill.

A great basis for helping children take responsibility for their health and increase awareness of the messages their body is sending them.

Hartfield

I am a Nutritional Therapist so know first hand the healing powers of food. I have been setting these weekly food challenges for my daughter over the past few years. She loves cooking and creating meals, but she is not great at trying new things. This has helped focus her search for new recipes, develop a taste for different spices and foods that she would not have tried before. By helping children find their own inspiration around food it can help them explore more ideas and new recipes.
