*** May Half Term Activity*** This May Half Term book your child’s place on this popular Table Tennis session, with Table Tennis Rother. The session is open to all abilities, all children aged 8 to 13 years are very welcome. During the session children will learn the basic skills of table tennis, make new friends and have lots of fun in a safe and relaxed environment. All equipment is provided. Parents/carers are invited to stay. A free car park is available at the venue. Booking is essential for this session. Active Hastings
Physical activity sessions for everyone!
Active Hastings is an externally funded partnership project between Hastings Borough Council and East Sussex County Council Public Health. We have been working in partnership since 2006 to give local residents easy, fun ways to get their everyday dose of physical activity. It only takes 150 minutes of moderate intensity physical activity each week for adults and 60 minutes every day for children to benefit your health, both mental and physical. You can even break it down into 10 minute slots! All of our team are experienced sports coaches, fitness instructors and play workers, who are passionate about working with people of all ages in Hastings and St Leonards. We run free or low cost sessions throughout the year, as well as holiday activities as part of the Holiday Activity and Food programme.
