The club offers a structured but relaxed environment where participants can take part in a wide range of adapted physical activities, including football, basketball, and dodgeball. Activities are led by experienced coaches who understand the importance of routine, clear communication, and low-pressure social interaction. Children must be: Aged between 4 and 19 Able to manage personal toileting needs without assistance Able to safely engage in small group settings Attendees are asked to use self-regulation skills to keep the environment positive We focus on fun, movement, and connection — offering regular breaks, visual aids where needed, and a consistent staff team to help children feel at ease. The club promotes: Physical wellbeing Social confidence Emotional regulation Turn-taking, teamwork, and gentle competition Whether your child loves sport or simply needs a safe space to move and play, our club offers meaningful engagement and a break for families too. As places are limited, we kindly ask that if you book a session and can no longer attend, please cancel with enough notice so the place can be offered to another child or young person.
